Rules and policies

REFUND AND CANCELLATION:

$100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your spot on the calender.  The deposit will be deducted from the balance due on the day of the event.  Luigi's will make every effort to postpone the booked party should cancellation be neccessary.

PAYMENT:

All forms of payment accepted.  Cash, major credit cards, and local checks accepted.  Checks will be cashed 10 days prior to event to insure available funds.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Luigi's is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information that is collected on the site for reservation purposes only. We strive to make your experience as simple as possible and will make every effort to enhance your overall experience with our company. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  

PICTURES/SOCIAL MEDIA:

During any event, employees may be taking pictures and vidoes for promotional purposes only.  If you do not wish to share pictures or videos, please notify us immediately.

SEVERE/INCLEMENT WEATHER:

Luigi's Game Truck was designed for all types of weather conditions. We are insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, (pending or anticipated snow storm, severe thunderstorm) please notify us to begin the rescheduling process.

ALCHOL/DRUGS/SMOKING:

Alcohol is not permitted, unless otherwised discussed at time of booking. Smoking, of any kind, is not allowed in or around the game trailer. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or shut-down an event when the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately and Law Enforcement being contacted.  

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

We do not recommend children under the age of 6, under the age of 6 will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Although you are welcomed to, Luigi's does not require a parent to be present inside the trailer, although one must be available on the grounds if needed. We will provide a knowledgeable Game Coach who will assist your child/children in making sure that their party is the party of the year!  We do our best to make it as stress free as possible!

DAMAGE/INJURY:

Luigi's or any of it employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, we may reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage the client and/or their guests. Luigi's and it's employees will not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or host. 

FOOD AND DRINK:

All food and drink must be consumed outside of the game trailer.  Food and drink, of any kind, is not allowed in or around any equipment inside or outside of the trailer.  Should any damage be made from food, drinks, candy, and/or gum, Luigi's has the right to charge for any equipment damage.

Booking any party with Luigi's Game Truck constitutes your agreement with these policies.
